Scott R. Bromley is the founder of BioCell Therapies, Inc. He is also co-founder of Bioheart, Inc. and joined the company as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in December 1999 and took Bioheart public in 2009 with $100 million paid in capital. Prior to that, Mr. Bromley also co-founded World Medical Manufacturing Corporation in 1986, initially producing cardiovascular balloon catheters and later progressed into development of various other products including stent grafts for aortic aneurysm repair. The firm merged with Arterial Vascular Engineering (“AVE”) in April of 1998 and was acquired by Medtronic, Inc. in early 1999 for $4.3 billion. Also in 1986, Mr. Bromley founded Bromley Printing, Inc. and has served as its President since its inception. Mr. Bromley has over 25 years experience in the healthcare and medical device industry with responsibilities involving the development of marketing strategies for medical products, including the creation of detailed marketing plans, quantification of markets and development of collateral materials.
